CO2 is more powerful than first thought (Oilpro)

Several weeks ago I posted an article to provide a visual representation of 400 parts per million of CO2 in the atmosphere. (Some Thoughts on CO2 ) This prompted far more discussion than expected and a number of people made the case that mankind burning fossil fuels is altering the climate of the planet, while others questioned the degree of impact and integrity of climate science.
Since then, there has been a revelation of data manipulation by a former NOAA scientist become whistle blower, Dr John Bates. Dr Bates testified to Congress regarding data manipulation of The Karl Report, issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which was used as new evidence at The Paris Climate Accords to refute previous data showing that global warming has not occurred in the last 15 years.
